Who we are
Ambulo is an early-stage project. The data controller will be identified on the Legal page once the company is registered. Until then, the founder named on that page is responsible for this site.
What we collect
When you join the list: your email address (required), optionally your first name and country, the language you used, the date and text of your consent, a technical hash of your connection (not your IP address itself) to prevent abuse, and the page or link that brought you here. If you tell us about a professional interest, we also keep the organisation, role and context you provide.
Why
To send you updates about Ambulo (legal basis: your consent) and to understand, in aggregate, where interest for the concept comes from (legal basis: legitimate interest in validating a product concept).
Double opt-in
We only send updates to emails that have been confirmed by clicking the link we send. Unconfirmed emails are deleted after 30 days.
Who sees your data
Only the Ambulo team. Investors and partners only ever see aggregated, anonymised figures (counts, countries, growth). We never share individual emails or names without a separate legal basis and your information.
Processors
Hosting, database and email delivery are provided by service providers acting on our instructions. The list of processors is maintained on this page.
Retention
Confirmed signups are kept until you unsubscribe or until the project ends. Analytics data is aggregated daily and contains no identifiers.
Your rights
You can unsubscribe with the link in every email, and ask us to access, correct, export or delete your data at any time by writing to the contact address. You may also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.
Cookies
The public site uses no tracking cookies. A single technical setting may be stored in your browser if you choose reduced motion.
