Concept in development
Development status
Ambulo is a concept in development. The visuals on this site are design renders of the approved industrial design. They are not photographs of a physical prototype. Features listed below are envisaged and will be confirmed as engineering progresses.
Design
Brushed aluminium. Matte black. Nothing extra.
A C-shaped aluminium frame carries the display and the work surface above a low-profile walking platform. Every surface is either structural or useful.
Ergonomics
Two places to rest your hands.
Padded side supports on both sides of the work surface let you rest your forearms during long calls, with discreet ventilation built into the supports.
Display & connectivity
A large screen, already there.
A 27–32 inch integrated display, with camera, microphones and speakers, is envisaged. Connect your laptop or run the built-in computer.
Motion
Walking only. Natural pace.
The platform is designed exclusively for walking, with an automatic safety stop when you step off.
